Hi, I understand. I have one of those thin hubbies that can eat anything. He is supportive of my efforts except he isn't going to do without anything he wants. I keep telling him just wait as his 41st birthday is coming up next week. I seem to remember that is about the time his thin Dad became not so thin anymore.

The thing that has helped me the most so far is joining a challenge. I currently "Scaring away the pounds". It has helped me a lot with exercise motivation and calorie control.

Yes my hubbie can't believe how good i'm doing he starting wrking out with me. I lost so many inches already, but have along way to go. I just joined the challenge for Nov.

Murph, do you know you can edit your profile and put the information about your weight like you did in your first post and it will show every time? You may not want it to show or have time trying to figure it out. I need to add some pictures, but I'll have to get my daughter to help.

jwgmom, What exactly are you on? Phentermine comes in doses of 15mg, 30mg and 37.5 mg. I am currently taking 30 mg blue/clear caps.

JWGMom, As you can see I don't know what I am talking about. I did not even realize I was in the phendimetrazine thread. How do you like it. Have you ever taken phentermine? How does it compare?

LZ, I'm currantly not on anything but want to get phen-d, I have taken Phen before and both times it was 37.5. the 2nd time i only lost 15 pounds in 3 months. not what i was looking for. the first time i lost about 25 pounds. I need to loose 50 right now and am going to a weight loss facility and since march have only lost at the most 5 pounds, and lost 43 1/4 inches and gained like 10 pounds of lean muscel, how do i not loose any weight from that? I'm just so frustrated with that scale, and i know when i was on phen the weight fell off and inches were going down and my chlothes were getting big, then I had to stop the phen and doing diets on my own just doesn't work for me, i need the extra to help me! sorry about the book, but good luck to you!

Hi jwg and murph. Hope your weekend is going well. I ate too much yesterday. I'll end up OK today if I don't eat anything else--it's only 4:30. At least I'm full right now. We'll have to see. I was very motivated to go walking today but we are having a very steady rain. Yeah for the rain but not for my exercise.

Hi LZ, JW, how are ya doing? Do you guys want to weigh in together? I've got to go back to the Dr. this week. I staretd phen-d on 8/26/06 At 172 now i'm 159.I do go up & down alot. Check in with me let me know wht your typical day is like cause i need some help. Working at Walmart deli, there is so much fried food, I did"nt eat any fried food this month,but last 2 days I've been pigging on hot wings! help!

Murph, I'm in a challenge Scaring away the pounds. Its on the challenge board. You should check it out. I weighed in at 165 at my TOPS group this morning. A loss of .5 but a total of 8 pounds for the past three weeks. I post my menus and exercise there. Your loss is great. Look below my post and you can see my progress.

I started back on phen about three weeks ago. It is exercise that is helping me as well as tracking my diet. Do you track everything you eat? What about exercise?

I am on phen-d. Where do you guys get yours? Anyone know of a good online pharmacy for phendimetrazine? I need to find a good online pharmacy that will give me a script online for it. I get it from my weightloss doc now but he's $65 a week and I want to start buying it online since I already know the diet now and don't have much left to lose...

Hey Tampa, try Brothers pharmacy, they give a script too, its up to the doc, so give it a try. They delivered to my house in Milton,fl.I think it was $89.00 but you pick the dose I take phen-d @35 mgs.

Tampa ,how do you take 6x daily. I too on 35 mgs, 3x a day but I just take it 2x otherwise I coulnt sleep. I get mine from Doc in Pensacola,fl.
