Anyone having heart problems? other side effects?

HI EVERYONE, I'M A NEWBIE!

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE IS EXPERIENCING HEART PALPATATIONS OR TIGHTNESS IN THE CHEST? I'VE BEEN OF PHENDIMETRAZINE FOR TWO DAYS NOW AND ALTHOUGH MY APPETITE HAS DECREASED, I'M FEELING SOME TIGHTNESS IN THE CHEST, HAVING HEADACHES, NAUSEA, TERRIBLE DRY MOUTH, AND FATIGUE. I'M HOPING THAT THE SIDE EFFECTS WILL PAST SOON. ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE DRY MOUTH, FATIGUE, ET CETERA.

I am not sure what the side effects are for the med you are taken, but I take the phen and the side effects are basicaly what you said you were having with yours.I do know with the phen it takes about a week and they usually subside.I have only been able to take halfs before cause of the side effects.
I just started back on phen today is day 2 and i have really had the tightness in the chest and dry mouth.I HATE THAT FEELING!!!!!! Hang in there and see if it gets better.If not try to take half and see if that helps.It did for me Good luck- keep me posted

When I first started taking phentermine I had the same side effects as your having...the thightness in my chest really scarded me so I contacted my Dr she said this was normal and she watched my heart rate for a few weeks. Now all the side effects are gone except sometimes I have a hard time sleeping. Here's a website link that will tell you alot of the side effects of phentermine. Hope this helps!

THANKS FOR THE INFO. THE SIDE EFFECTS HAVE ALREADY STARTED TO SUBSIDE FOR ME. NOW I'M ONLY DEALING W/DRY MOUTH AND OCASSIONALY DIFFICULTY SLEEPING.

I have experienced dry, metallic taste in the mouth, insomnia (solved with Benadryl), slight constipation but the worst symptom is belching. I didnt see it on the list but I didnt have it until now(starting 2nd week on Adipex-P). I have been drinking more water but I cant see how I have been getting excessive air in my stomach. I guess I will ask my doc when I go back for my monthly check-up. Anyone have any suggestions?

I also had the same thing happen to me. If you take any anxiety or depression medications the phen kinda cuts out your meds which makes your anxiety worse thats what happend to me but now im doing well.. good luck all!
