Ok, I am just starting Phentermine for the first time and have a lot of weight to loose. I wanted to know about how long can I expect it to keep on working, I started out on 15mg.

Hi There!
I would say about six weeks. It's different for everyone though. One thing you can do is take your daily dose with a high caffiene beverage. That seems to prolong the effect for awhile. Also make sure you don't eat an hour before or after. A lot of people seem to take days off after the first month. For example take it Mon-Fri and than not on the weekend. Find whatever works for you and good luck!

hi are you all really loosing that much weight on this i hve been on it for two weeks and go back to the doctor in two weeks to get more,but some days i look thiner and other days i cant tell if i lost any or not,i have no scales so i cant weigh my self and the doctor told me not to weigh untill i get back to his office for the one month check up.
