hi guys, this site is a little slow but I check it to see if anyone has posted. Okay so I am so excited i have lost a total of....drum roll.... 30 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to by myself some new pants today I totally deserve it, i am at my halfway mark after 3 months. YIPEEEEE

I am eating going to a weight loss doc... started at the popular 500 calorie diet and tweeked it a bit. I think hydration really is the key and trying to stay low carb to put yourself in a small bit of ketosis. works for me.

Just wondering, how long are you going to stay on Phen-D? When you stop taking it do you plan on taking any other diet aid?

jaysma, i will work on the pis can you believe i have not taken any since i have lost some weight? My goal is to be at my weight loss goal by decembr and I will wean off phen, see how my appetite goes and try to see if i keep it off. I am trying to keep in mind that I have to make full time permanent changes. I think I can do it. I want to be at a point where a piece of pizza does not scare the heck out of me and I know that exercise and eating well will be the norm for me.
