Acomplia-Rimonabant-Phen********

hi there,

im from australia and just received rimonabant from, i think canada,
i thought i was ordering acomplia.

I am a bit confused, as we dont have rimonabant - acomplia or phentermine in australia, or if we do they must be under different names as im sure i would have stumbled their way by now.

can someone pls tell me

1) is rimonabant exactly the same as acomplia?

2) why did my rImonabant arrive without packaging or instructions,
the tablets are green in the form of a female silhouette with no markings on tablet, only info on silhouette of 14 tablets is SUNRISE RIMONABANT 20MG

3) what is phentermine, again is that the same as acomplia or rimonabant?

What i have researched is that phentermine is the ingredient that was in a diet tablet called duromine which did not agree with me, as i normally have too much energy and duromine gave me way too much energy and i could not sleep and completely burnt myself out.
so im hoping that what i have just received rimonabant does not work the same, giving me too much energy, i think that duromine is more like phentermine.

im so confused and going around in circles, could someone please help me work this out.
