I have been so out of it and blah feeling for the last week and a half or so. Noticed lots of people setting personal challenges for themselves here on the boards, so I'm goin to try it:
1st: 1 gallon of water EVERYDAY
2nd: Remember to take multi-vitamin EVERYDAY
3rd: 3 miles of cardio & 1 hour on bowflex at least every other day
I know these should be easy habits by now, but that just goes to show how much I have been slackin lately and I AM DONE! Here goes nothin........
