    I totally agree with you. I am so into exercise. I have a ton of workout DVD's, VHS, mag, ect. anything fitness.

    I think so too. I lived in the gym before I had my 3rd child. I am sure that is how I managed to get rid of post-baby fat, and keep it off. Now with 4 children, it is really difficult to find me time, let alone time to hit the gym.

    everyone i see is losing. this is great.i dont go to the gym so how can i start some type of weight to keep my arms and stomach from sagging.

    so is this the exercise board????? HELLO!

    I am a fitness instructor that suffered a fitness breakdown.. but i'm getting back into the groove...exercise is so important....without I can't keep weight off!! such a big part of the equation....I lose patience with people that try and lose weigh twithout working out even though they have the time. YOu don't need to speand money neither,,walking is free!!

    Okay , I'll go first
    my exercise today was packing boxes and hauling them to the garage...

    moving is a real *****.

    I also did some crunches.....
    will try and get to the gym monday...
