Need an easy to see subscribe button

Just wondering if there is a way to get a "subscribe" option at the top of a topic...instead of only having the option if you use the "full reply form".I never use the full reply and didn't know how to subscribe to a topic until today when someone let me know.

Ps, also just at the top of the page would be good because I don't see one here and I haven't started a topic before so i'm not sure if it's going to send me email notification if someone replies or not.So if not ..that would be a good thing to add too.
