I think it would be cool to have a section dedicated to working out, where we could discuss workout plans, what helps us lose weight, etc. There are so many workouts around and since its a big part of weight loss with or without phen, there should be a board for it! It definitely increases your fat loss and rate of losing it! Whatcha think?

I'm on board with that as well. I like to know what everyone is doing. I started a thread about exercise, but it would be cool to have a full section. I would love to know about the latest & greatest things everyone is doing to burn fat.(pilates, yoga, etc.)

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!
I've been wanting some organized insight into everybody's routines, etc. This is important to have since we are all trying to establish a new lifestyle that goes beyond our Phen use.
