I think that a lot of people don't really know each and every rule and regulation that this website has. I also think that it would benefit the website and the fellow phensters to give them the benefit of the doubt when they 'break' a rule without intending to and have some kind of warning system in place so that it's not first strike you're out!! A lot of people find a nice little escape on this forum and kicking them off of it for some innocent mistake is ludicrous in my opinion. I really valued the input of Jae, aka imkenswoobie, and in my opinion she was one of the most nonjudgmental, positive people on this whole board and I can't even tell you how disappointed I am that she is banned. And it's ironic that she was banned for trying to HELP someone!! You want this to be a friendly, welcoming place, right? Not a rigid, cold, uninviting one....Please consider implementing a different system for informing people that they have 'crossed the line'. It's not realistic to expect us to memorize all the rules and know them by heart...

Okay I'm going to jump in the water (OR fire) here with Becky. I just signed on again and I REALLY don't know what happened to cause a banning from the site. Becky makes a good point about rules and warnings. I think I've managed to navigate around the site pretty well in one and 1/2 months BUT I don't remember seeing/agreeing to any specific rules? Correct me if I am wrong; and I will stand corrected. Can you post a message/alert of some kind maybe at top of Message Boards to lead us to them? Also we have established alot of friendships here and to lose someone hurts the group. Would you please reconsider your ruling?? Thanks,
