Hello, I just joined your board but have been reading now for a about a week. I wanted to give you my opinion of the board being I frequent a few. I have just started using Phentermine and was looking for other experiences,methods of use and basicly any information I could for my own knowledge during my own useage of the medication.
What I have found on your board is basicly alot of little bits of information that is so scattered that even with doing searches found it completely fustrating with no matching topics.
My idea hear is simple and is of course entirely up to you on how you use it. Here are some forum/topic ideas:
Drug Information:
1.I was looking what type of doseages that people were using during there dieting cycle.
2. The side effect forum has NO clienical information that drug producer lists themselves
3. Common side effects that people are experiences and at what age group, weight group..etc.
4. Eating habbit that have worked for people
5. Night time cravings - What to do
6. Drug interactions
7. Additional drugs/supplements that when used inconjunction with Phenermine has positive results for some?
8. Time frames for doseages and meal eating.
9. Bad experiences/how to avoid
10. Membership picture forum of results(before/after)
11. Articles forum - published articles, studies, consumer alerts etc...

Moderation suggestions:
1. Keep your members topics organized in the appropiate forum.
2. Keep the gossip contained to one forum like for example - Discussion Forum (anything goes)

I hope I have not offended anyone. My intentions are only to better organized your site for future user. There is alot of good information here but very difficult to find it or at least was for me.
Thanks you for your time.

Arty Just read your comments. I also am a newbie and agree with alot of your ideas and views.I have sacrificed some other needs to be able to get the phen. I would like to actually hear stories about how others have actually lost weight. How much excercise,how often, what kind ?
What kind of food plan? I have had surgery on a foot and can hardly get into alot of excercises. I'm on my feet all day working retail and need some ideas. Hope we get some good feed back.

I have been on this site for a year and think its great. Now there is always room for improvement. But you have to remember we are just average joes sharing info. And if you read to the history there is lots of if. And is far as of topic subject these build relationships which help us in our weight struggles. I am not offended at all on your comments just giving my opinion.

Hi Arty! I have not been here like most of the Phenters but I hope this could help you out;

1.I was looking what type of doseages that people were using during there dieting cycle.

For what my Dr explained to me it depends on you BMI ( Mainly) alot of us here have start with a 30 mg of phentermine
in addition alot (not all of us here) have also started with a antidepressant. For example I take 200mg of sertraline (zoloft) plus I take wellbutrin sr ( I take such a large dose and its because when I am nervous/anxious I eat and this really helps my cravings. If you have a BMI over 29 consult your DR IF HE ACCEPTS
2. The side effect forum has NO clienical information that drug producer lists themselves
3. Common side effects that people are experiences and at what age group, weight group..etc.
4. Eating habbit that have worked for people
5. Night time cravings - What to do
6. Drug interactions
7. Additional drugs/supplements that when used inconjunction with Phenermine has positive results for some?
8. Time frames for doseages and meal eating.
9. Bad experiences/how to avoid
10. Membership picture forum of results(before/after)
11. Articles forum - published articles, studies, consumer alerts etc...

May my friendships always be
The most important thing to me;
With special friends I feel I'm blessed,
So let me give my very best.
I want to do much more than share
The hopes and plans of friends who care;
I'll try all that a friend can do
To make their secret dreams come true.
Let me use my heart to see,
To realise what friends can be,
And make no judgements from afar,
But love my friends the way they are.
I want to look like this again
