Hi Arty! I have not been here like most of the Phenters but I hope this could help you out;
1.I was looking what type of doseages that people were using during there dieting cycle.
For what my Dr explained to me it depends on you BMI ( Mainly) alot of us here have start with a 30 mg of phentermine
in addition alot (not all of us here) have also started with a antidepressant. For example I take 200mg of sertraline (zoloft) plus I take wellbutrin sr ( I take such a large dose and its because when I am nervous/anxious I eat and this really helps my cravings. If you have a BMI over 29 consult your DR IF HE ACCEPTS YOU TO TAKE SUCH MED TO SEE IF YOU WOULD NEED AN ANTIDEPRESANT.

May my friendships always be
The most important thing to me;
With special friends I feel I'm blessed,
So let me give my very best.
I want to do much more than share
The hopes and plans of friends who care;
I'll try all that a friend can do
To make their secret dreams come true.
Let me use my heart to see,
To realise what friends can be,
And make no judgements from afar,
But love my friends the way they are.

I want to look like this again
