doctor in southeast missouri /northeast AR

I was wondering if anyone knows of a doctor or a clinic in southeast missouri or northeast arkansas that prescribes phentermine. I had ordered it back in September and it went great- however I ran out in November and the site I ordered from is no longer in business. I would like to find a physican in my area that would prescribe phen. please let me know- I live in Kennett, MO which is also really close to Arkansas!!
