The phen stopped working for me, so I did a 9 day detox program (figuring I can try anything for just 9 days), which helped me lose 10 pounds, I am so excited after working my butt off for over 4 months, I would definitely recommend detoxifying your body if you are on phen. Also, I forgot what natural energy felt like. It feels great and I am not as moody anymore, easier to live with
