I am also looking for a LA doctor!!! Who was your doctor that moved away? I was working with Dr. Krentzman and he retired. The man convinced me that I couldn't survive without phendimatrizine, changed my life for the better 5 years ago, and then retires! I am so mad. I feel really betrayed. my presrciption has run out and I am in desperate need of a new doctor who will prescribe me- all the doctor's I've seen "don't believe" in this stuff. Frustrating!!!!!
have you guys tried in the net look for weight control and it will give you a list of local drs. and addresses and you could give them a call...

When you look up weight control online, it pulls up any/all of the "commercial" weight loss centers... Been there and tried that! I too am looking for a doctor in the greater Los Angeles area. Please keep me in the loop if any of you find one. (And I will do the same).
hi ladies, try putting bariatric doc in your search. I beleive there is a weight loss clinic called delight medical in the bev hills area.???

No problem. I am only on day 3 and so far so good. My dose was 1/2 in the a.m. and 1/2 around 2.. but that didnt' seem to take away the hunger. So today I am doing a full dose at 10. Time will tell. The clinic was cool, very busy and all kinds of shapes and sizes in there.
about 150 to get started, they give you the meds, see you for follow up, etc. Not sure how much the follow up will be, probably about 30 or so. Next appt for me is 6/12.

Yikes! That Delight place wanted $200 for just a phone consulation?? How awful!
$150 to get started would be great... And $30 a month... Reminds me of my last clinic. I am just not into phone consultations (especially for $200). I might be driving down to Newport after all!
Yikes is right.. OMG. Well, call weight no more and they are very friendly on the phone. Ask them all you need to. They are right next to Hoag Hospital. All the info is on the website.
And if you drive down for an appt, be sure to bring your walking shoes.. the beach is right there and ready for you to take a long walk.
Enjoy the day and keep me posted as to how it goes. Like I say, I am on day 3, so I don't know yet.
