Hi,
I am trying to find out the name of the doctor who did a phen-fen program in Appleton back in 1994-95. He was located off of 00 I think. I don't live there anymore. He made everyone attend a support group at the old mall in Appleton. I need the name to prove I used phen-fen so I can hopefully get approved for bypass surgery. Thanks, Lexi |
