Is anybody here in their early 60s?? I am, and just started taking Phen today for the first time. I was thrilled it didn't make me nervous but it does give you energy. Geese, I have pulled all the weeds in my yard, cleaned my floor, and worked a full day at work. I am excited about this......no appetite at all so I can control what I put in my mouth....just good for you stuff.
