I was just wondering if anyone in here has tried or heard of the Atkins Diet, and what some of your thoughts are on it. Thanks.

Lots of us. Look in the challenges thread, and the recipes thread. You'll see lots of Atkins and low carb stuff. I'm doing it, Keew, Gerry, Slowfoot, many more. It works well, and I've always been a carb addict, and believe it or not, I don't crave carbs like I used too! Good luck!
