Wow! Im was 205 when I started. I need to get to 150 to be at a healthy BMI...As long as your BMI is over 27 you should be allowed to go on it. Im considered obese for my height. It all depends on your doctor too. The nurse who first saw me said she was against it and I should not be allowed to go on it. Then my doctor came in and she loved the idea and was glad I took the time to figure out a plan!! Good luck!

I have never known that to happen but all Dr's are not the same. You may want to fine a weight loss clinic.
Not too heavy
My Endocronoligist gave me Phentermine,and I am only about 35 pounds overweight.In 2 weeks I have lost 6 pounds.
