I would love to chat as well. I started working graveyard shift and it gets very lonely out here. I have been on this journey relatively alone and would definately share my experience with friends.

I would love to chat I just started taking phen about a week ago still getting used to its affects and trying to figure out how to eat. If you guys have any ideas on how I can get my calories in so im not so sluggish that would be great. I still want to go to the gym. Since that is the way I got these pills in the first place was I had to prove to my doc that I could loose weight first. But now its like I dont want to eat and I dont have any energy and I have to force myself to eat so any ideas would be so greatly appreciated.
