help. Phen & Detox how to take

can you tell me how long you can stay off Phen before you get back on for it to work well again.this is my second time around and seen like it is going slow.i only waited two weeks.then got back on it :confused i have one the detox7 and gain two pounds instead of lossing any.did go to the bathroom a lot from drinking all of that water..

Even if you dont see result in pounds it is still working perhaps you should take your meaurement cause you could be shedding inches instead of lbs.
