I started taking the phentermine 1-5-07. today is 1-25-07 and i have only lost 8lbs! i read everyone's stories and they loose 11lbs in 1 week....wht am i doing wrong? i'm on the 37.5 mg.. HELP! I need advice!

Hi Jewlee,

I am new to this forum and pretty new to phentermine too. Here is Australia its called Duromine and I am taking 40mg every second day. What are you eating and what exercise are you doing? I know in the past sometimes things like what you are drinking can have a big impact on weight loss. I myself tend to forget about taking into account what I drink as calories and this has affected me the same as you in the past.

Also, what do you weigh? I have read that the less weight you have to lose the harder it comes off. Bigger people tend to lose lots of weight quickly before it levels out.

Hi, Jewlee I started on 12-16-06 and the first two weeks I lost 11 lbs. I agree with shellabella that it depends on how much you have to loose. I started at 200 and since December 16 I am now only at 178. So it has been almost a month and 1/2. But I need to get to 130 for my small 5'2 frame. I try to avoid sugar as much as possible unless it is natural fo course. Oh I have'nt had a diet or regular soda since december 16 all I drink is water. I know that sounds horrible but you get used to it. What is your excercise routine? I work out usually every day either just my abs or the transfirmer workouts or I just walk on my treadmill.
