Hi. I had the same experience. The first day was great! Lots of energy all day, as matter of fact I couldn't sleep that night. After that I find that I am crashing mid day. I've been on Phentermine for 3 weeks. Initally, when I got tired I tried to nap if possible or just rest for about an hour, then I felt better. Now, I'm trying to eat a little protien or fruit when I start to feel that way and that seem to be helping me. Even working out when I start to feel that way helps me.
