Does it work - Phentermine.com

I am thinking about trying phentermine but I am not sure how well it will work for me. I am worried about side effects....does anyone have any advice? Does it work?? How do you feel when you are taking it??
I want to make sure that I am not getting in over my head....any replies would be very helpful thank you!

Hi Andie and Welcome! Phen is a great med to help you loose weight.You do have to make a lifestyle change while on it because if you dont when you come off you will back to the "old ways" of eating and you WILL gain it back. I know this from personal experience.

Side Effects; dry mouth,head aches,rapid heartbeat,chills,feeling of hands and feet freezing cold,nervousness.Oh and if your a female,it will screw your cycles all up.

Alot of people dont have any side effects while others do.Just try it in a half dose if able to break your pill and see how you do. You will really drop the weight on phen. But like I said earlier, learn to eat healthy and learn to control portion size.So when you come off phen you know the correct way to eat and wont gain it back.

HI I JUST STARTED TAKING PHEN 37.5 2 DAYS AGO AND IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE WORKING I STILL REALY HUNGRY DOES IT TAKE A COUPLE DAYS TO WORK OR SHOULD IT WORK RIGHT AWAY?AND IS IT BETTER TO TAKE BEFORE BREAKFAST OR AFTER?

YES, IT WORKS VERY WELL

Side effects for me are minimal.

I must be honest and say that I have found that there are some generic 37.5 phen tablets that did NOT do a thing for me. It felt as if the the FDA approved these without comparing them to the more effective (IMHO) 30mg yellow phen capsules by Eon labs. that are very effective for me.

Please remember that each one of us can react totally opposite to the same exact meds!! Don't be discouraged at all by this. There is hope, and lots of support on these great boards

I started taking Phen in March of last year - the first week i was on it, i lost 8lbs. then the second week it was 4lbs and then after that it was 1lb. I've lost 30lbs so far. The only side effects that I experienced was dry mouth, and not being hungry at all. After 3 months I stop taking it for about a month, and give my body a break from it. Then i start over - This definitely works for me, because I do see the results. And now for being on it for so long - my new thing is, I dont take phen on the weekends, so come monday - i feel the difference in my appetite. I would recommend phen to anyone trying to lose weight - but like other people in these forums say, do becareful, everyones side effects are different..
