How come I cannot log into the chatroom.I have Aol service and I know that some things on the internet that aol have (Glitches) with and will not allow.All that I get is a blank little white box with a triangular shape in the left corner with some colors in it.If someone could give me some pointers on how to get into the chatroom I sure would appreciate it
