    I started last sunday and weighted in today and ive lost 7 pounds. Is that good or bad can anyone tell me.

    Seven pounds sounds GREAT ! Sometimes when we first start there is water weight to loose , which is still weight but don't be alarmed...Good for you! GinnyP.
