I tell you, the easiest way to get someone in the chat room with you is to start a new topic under "my experience with phentermine" with the subject saying something to the effect of you being in the chat room. Someone always shows up! I had wanted to have a weekday morning chat going on, but this entire week I haven't gotten to go in. If you are able to, pop on in. Good luck with your weight loss!

I'm also new at this.. I was going to start my diet back in october but I chickened out. However I just started my diet with phentermine last Thursday and Ive lost a whopping 3 pounds since then..haha not to much for 6 days but I'm going to try alot harder.
