Sorry I missed ya'll last night. We had a huge thunderstorm that started at 9 and finally ended at 4 this AM. It was so bad, my 14 yr old daughter and cat got in bed with me . It seemed to stay right over us the whole time.

I just started on phen Tues and my doctor gave me a eating plan that seems very similar to atkins,. God i hope this works. Glad to see so many new people!!! i was a bit nervous. just a little about myself, starting weight 225, goal is 156. I will eventually post pics and trackers and such, but still learning the "chat:" thing. 44 and this is the first group i have joined. any advise on how to get those cute little pics and such is appreciated!
