i changed from 15 mg to 30mg and the first day I could not stay awake-15mg never had any side effects- it may be all coinsidence (spelling) but it was really wierd b/c I am never tired. let me know

I've never taken 15 mg. When I first start phentermine I have lots of energy but then after a couple of weeks I start to feel tired. I don't know if it has much to do with the mg. I just assumed I was tired because I was eating so little.
