constipation

i know this might seem like a weird question but does anyone have any suggestions on treating constipation while on phen..and i do drink a fairly good amount of water....

Gia....go to health food store an get Smooth Move Tea...or their Dieters Tea...same thing....works wonders!!!!!....drink one in morning and one at night...you will know real soon if you need 2 a day!...I have used it for 5 years...very safe. works wonderful!!!!!
