Hi, just found out about Phen and will begin taking it tomorrow, just wanted to know if 15 mg will work or is it good to start slow then have my doctor increase it after a mth?

Yes 15 mgs is good to start at. Do you have a good tolerance for this kind of stuff? Do you take 15 mgs twice a day or just 15mgs a day? My doc started me out the first time for 15 mgs twice a day and that worked out good, then the next month doc gave me 30 mgs once a day. I just took it in the morning about 30 mins to an hour before I ate anything. The 15 mgs twice a day I took in the morning and then at 2pm. Just remember to drink lots of water that helps alot, cause you will get dry mouth (cotton mouth). Hope I helped you with your question.

Shellie:: I went today to get my weigh in..... start out with the 15 and if you need a stronger pill, then I am sure, your doctor will prescribe it for you. good luck!!!!!

I was on 37.5 last year for 3 months and I lost 17pds.I've been on so many different things I usually take 2-4 different kind of pills ayear and nothing has worked until phentermine.I have gained it all back but I'm going to go get some on Wednesday.I just hate trying to hide it from my husband he doesn't believe in stuff thats dangerous for you.It costs 40.00 to see the doctor and 35.00-45.00 for the pills. But oh well it sure did work for me.Good luck to ever one.
