please excuse the spelling at work we are suppose to leave out all of the vowels i am 42 years old and have gain at least 35lbs a year for the past 2 years. i am just starting phen and was given 30 mg the first day i felt the effect and the 2nd nothing is that normal cause i am still hungry i work at a very stressful job as am sure u all do but i mainly sit and answer phones all day and at this rate i fear they may may need to make a bigger work station in the next couple of years if i dont start downsizing i decided not to cut my hair till i lose some weight and so far it is half way down my back and suggestion or words of encouragement would be appreciated

I tell you what.......I too was holding onto my long hair. i kept saying I'd cut it when I got skinny. Guess what? I went ahead and had it cut into a really cute, modern, spunky style and even though I'm just beginning my weight loss, it was the best decision! Gave me a real lift! DO it! You'll be rejuvinated!
