i have been given 18.5 mg by my doctor will this dose be high enough I see some off you are on 20mg pluss

It depends on your body type. I'm taking 30mg and i'm 5'3" and 160lbs, and I lost 20lbs. this last month. If you get side effects you shouldn't take that much, but I suggest it if you want results. Keep in mind, i'm not a doctor.
