Hello Deborah,

Congratulations on the 9 pounds. You are doing great. I have been on phen for almost 2 weeks, so the phen is new to me as well. I have lost 17 pounds. Phen has done real well for me. I have 100 or more pounds to lose so I have a long road ahead of me. Since you would like to hear some success stories, you should go to my experience with phen. post site. Great job on losing 9lbs. I start on 2/26/01 and lost 10lbs.How many calories are you eating a day and fat grams?
