I'm finally ready to take on the daunting job of losing the 50+ pounds I've put on over the last 5 years. Friends have told me how effective phentermine has been for them, but I'm confused about yellow capsules, blue/clear capsules, and Adipex. Does anyone have any comments or suggestions about which of these would be best for this 58-year old "virgin"? Thanks!
