You have to eat!! Even if you don't feel hungry. Sometimes I have to force myself to take a few bites, which is so strange since everyone who knows me knows that I am ALWAYS HUNGRY!I have lost about 5 lbs this week. I don't weigh myself, but I can tell from my jeans. The jeans that got a bit tight are fitting quite nicely now. This is what I am doing... I worked with a personal trainer once and I am following what he told me. To lose weight safely, I need to take in about 1700-1800 calories per day. Divide them up between proteins, carbs, fats, fruits, veg. So, I just keep track (more or less) of what I am eating, but I EAT! And I'm eating everything. Because for me, it is being realistic. I had 1/2 piece of pizza with soup one day, I had a jr charbroiled hamburger without mayo or cheese to satisfy that craving one day.If I deprive myself, I go nuts. But, the phen is helping me to not be so obsessed with my next meal. I would like to lose about 25 more lbs. I need to get some exercise, though, as well. Anyway, keep in touch!
