This challenge is for anyone who wants to recommit or continue their weight-loss journey with the help of others. It does not matter if you are currently taking phen or not. Feel free to join anytime. This challenge starts today, August 10 and last weigh-in will be September 18. A new weekly challenge will begin on Mondays and weigh-ins will be on Friday.
To begin this challenge post the following information:
1. A brief introduction about yourself;
2. starting weight and goal weight for Sept. 18;
3. personal individual goal for this time period. This goal can be anything and can be related to weight-loss but does not have to be.
I am looking forward to this recommittment, meeting new people and catching up with some old phrends too!

I have 2 kids, and 3 grand kids. I have found myself here in the midwest after living in bigger east coast cities. I have been married 36 years. ( wow, I am old) 
i lost all my weight before my first child a girl (who is 9 )(with the help of Phen ) then gained it all back during my pregnancy , but lost it all agian (with phen ) now my second child my little boy is 5 and i can not seem 2 get it all off ... everytime i try it seems like something dramatic happens and then its off the wagon agian ... its time 2 recommit ... i will work out at least 3 days a week ... and lift some weights .. i need 2 tone !
