Who wants to hit the beach this summer? We have a few mths to go to get there. So who's with me? It's not too late to join. What you can do is calculate losing 2-3 lbs per wk. & that is how you can determine losing your weight by the summer. I AM VERY EAGER TO LOSE 40 LBS BEFORE THE SUMMER. IM WORKING ON LOSING MY WEIGHT AT A MODERATE, SAFE PACE SO I CAN KEEP IT OFF. FOR ANYONE ELSE WANTING TO BE IN A BIKINI BY THE SUMMERTIME PLEASE POST HERE! WE NEED TO HAVE A GROUP OF SUPPORT FOR MOTIVATION TO GET THROUGH THIS. IT'S TOO TOUGH TO DO ALONE. I am 5'3. I started my weightloss this year at 167.5 lbs & have my current weightloss listed on my tracker below. I am eating lowfat everyday. I drink 6-8 glasses of 8 oz water daily. My phen was started on 3-7-09. I take 37.5mg but only half a pill a day. I am trying not as much in hopes that I can get off of them within my last couple of weeks of weightloss. I encourage everyone to do 30min. cardio daily (walking, jogging, swimming, etc) or at least 45min cardio 4 days a week. Please share your stories. Good Luck to ALL !!!
