Don't you all lose like 15 lbs in a week or two on phen anyway? Or is that only in the first month of taking phen?
Well I'm in on this! I've been doin phen D for a month, and lost 7lbs. I'd LOVE to lose 10lbs by Aug. 1 I gave myself a goal to lose 10-15 by Sept 25, but heck, I'm pushing myself to attain that goal SOONER.
Do we have a plan? I'm not sure how much more I can push myself with the excercise. I do at least 45 mins a day of intense cardio and 3 days of weights. Quite frankly, I'm tired of exercising. The only way I can ignore that thought is to wake up while I'm still a zombie and not think about it, and just exercise! As for food...I'm eating healthy. But I do allow myself treats. Not all the time of course, and just a bite..not even the whole thing. I do that about...2 times a week. Thats not bad right??? Any less, I think I might be doomed for failure!
I'm open to suggestions!!
