I'm here!! And proud to report that I lost 3 pounds!! My weight is now 210, so I've got to continue to do my exercises, cut back on the daily calories, sweets and carbs, and up my water intake (drank a lot of water today). And I also did not eat anything after 7:30 pm tonight, one of the things we did in that challenge, something that is not easy to do, but is very effective for weight loss -- I want to be in Onederland, definitely by the end of July, but it ain't easy, whew!!!
Took some time today to read over the posts I wrote when I joined my very first challenge, the Valentine's Day challenge (LZ was the leader of that one as well!), was going over my eating habits and the things I used to do. I saw that I was eating small meals throughout the day, foods that were low in carb and high in protein, and I was definitely drinking my water and exercising faithfully, so that's what I've got to continue to do to keep the scale going down.
