No more phen, i'm waiting to see if I become more regular now of if phen has messed up my system for good.....

colonix worked this morning although i've had better eliminations. I think the secret to a colon cleanse is being consistent, and when you aren't it is like starting all over again........
Yuck! those t highs are nasty!

I took a break from the cleanse too....but now i started it up again....it feels good to "GO"....although I"m still not going like I think I should but anything is better than before....I can't believe how much phen messed up my system.....i know that i am partly to blame for not eating the right things......
so glad that things are good for you.....
