
The "You ate WHAT? Challenge"
We all do it. You know what I am talking about. We exercise, take our vitamins, and our phen... then we go to Dunken Donuts.... aww... the dreaded "you ate what?". Take myself for example... today I got up early, went to the Body Definition class and came home and ate like I haven't eaten in a week... anything bad I could grab! So, it's time to be responsible for what we put in our mouths! A minute on the lips, a year on the hips! Get out an old notebook and start writing down what you put in your mouth! Every bite counts, let's see where we are really sabotaging ourselves. You may be surprised what the reason behind that "plateau" really is!
It's just that easy... write it down. It may make you think twice about eating that twinkie, cause after your day of eating - you are to report back to us... the good, the bad, and the down right ugly! I will give you tips along the way... 1st tip... get yourself one of those little memo pads to keep in the purse - so there is no excuse for not writing down what touches those lips... Redsox... put yours in your pocket
