Hi Ladies, I am still here too.
The Biggest Loser is definitely helping. I am down a couple of pounds already. I have more energy and am actually feeling more positive. So, I will continue to TRY and stay on track...
I actually bought a bathing suit this weekend. I am soo nervous..It is the first one I have owned in about 10 yrs. It is a 2 piece but not a bikini. It is a halter tankini w/ boy short bikini bottoms....and yes, the main color is black. Ha!

Hey Jennifer good to see you are still with us too. Way to go on the weight loss. I am glad that things are looking up for you. I feel like I am getting my second wind, and hoping to make this month my best month ever as far as pounds lost goes. Keep that positive attitude, it will help to get you to your goal.

Hi Everyone,
I know what you are all thinking, (oh, her again), well I'm back. I just wanted to check in on you folks to see how it's been going. You'll seem to be doing fine, so keep up the good and continue heading towards each of your individual goals. As for me, no downward motion on the scales, but I've assessed the situtation and I am taking steps towards correcting the problem. On another note, (and those of you that are mothers will probably know what I'm talking about) I've reached total Mommy Burnout, after over eight months of being a single stay at home mother, I am not only ready but also dying to get back to work. I am also going back to school, I have only 8 more classes before I get my Accounting or Finance degree and I stopped going a couple of years ago, so it's time for me to complete that task. Also, did anyone notice that after having there child/children, that they got sick (such as with the cold, flu, etc.) a lot more frequently? Anyway, enough about me, it's been great chatting with you guys.

Wow I missed alot of over the weekend. It sounds like everyone is doing well. I did not lose any or gain over this last week but I am okay with it because I added alot of weights so that could be the issue. I am hoping to at least make it to 169 this week. We shall see...

Hello gals!
I am here - I was having computer trouble all last week but that is over now! I did get do a lot more exercising because I was off the computer! I am down to 162 today! I am soooo happy

My friend has a weight loss blog and posted before and after pics today-- they are soooooo amazing I had to post his address here to show you. He doesn't take phen just restricts calories and started exercising but he has lost 100 lbs since Jan 1st. You should check it out if you get a chance.

Wow, how much did I miss? Bathing suit pictures?? What bathing suit pictures??? Am I expected to put on a bathing suit???? Who am I trying to punish, peoples' poor eye sight On another note, I exercised today (yeah, me!!). And it felt great, I feel great! If I knew that it would feel this good, I might have started back weeks ago

You had to go and remind me of the bathing suit pictures.... I need to go do some crunches real quick. The bathing suit challange is optional we just challanged each other to take pics in their bathing suit and post on the yahoo website for us to see.. if you want to join in you are more than welcome. Hey guys ! Haven't weighed in yet, I will on the 15th. Renee & I started the 6 week body makeover quick start diet this week, so far it ain't too bad ! ( But then again this is ONLY day 2 ). We're also doing the BL workouts atleast 3 times a week. We're gonna do this ( quick start ) every couple of weeks, so if any of yall want to join us we'll be doing it again around the 19th, I'll let you know the definite date as we get closer.

Jennifer - Good for you on getting that bathing suit ! June will be here before we know it !

Mitsy - Welcome back ! AWWWW........ Did the bathing suit comment scare you ?? It'll be ok, non one will be able to see them except for us, so if you want to join us let me know and I'll add you to the list of committers.
