D-amy shepherds pie;salad

I can either have the lunch and 1/2 blizzard or the whole blizzard. Since its so late already it will probably be the blizzard.

BUT PEOPLE, OUR BODY KNOWS WHEN IT NEEDS SOME EXTRA FUEL! I LISTENED AND I WAS BETTER IN MINUTES.
NOT OFTEN, BUT SOMETIMES LISTEN TO YOUR BODY--DON'T NECESARILY PUT DORITOS AND COOKIES IN IT..LOL... BUT LISTEN. IF YOUR TUMMY IS GROWLING..IT NEEDS FUEL!

I AM PROUD OF MY DAY YESTERDAY!! YEP, VERY ! AND I WAS STILL DOWN ANOTHER POUND TODAY ! NOW I CAN'T CHEAT FOR ANOTHER MONTH LOL

hmm...I guess I can preplan but I don't want to put myself under that much pressure..I want to have some last minute choices for breakfast and lunch..but I will pre plan my dinners.....

so far today:

2 hard boiled eggs
banana

1 chicken breast
small cup lentil chicken soup

1/2 soft pretzel (soccer game - I caved in)

I didn't take my phen today either, I'm starting up again on it tomorrow and taking a whole tablet from here on out....hope it works because the stuff i got from target isn't as potent....now what is up with that?

Hi phen family!! I agree with Momto8, when your body is really strong in telling you that it needs more food, feed it!! Yesterday, I did okay with food, took my phen, and will re-start my low carb eating on Monday, stressful weekend, seems like everyone is getting on my nerves today!!! --so here it is:
Yesterday's menu --
B: SB protein bar, 1 cup low sugar/low carb yogurt
L: No lunch (shopping and running around)
D: 1/2 large crabcake, mixed greens, little cauliflower and little green beans
S: handful of peanuts, 2 handfuls of fish crackers

Today's menu --
B: bowl of cold cereal
S: handful of peanuts, 100 cal snack
L: PB and little peach preserves sandwich on whole wheat bread, 5 chips
S: piece of chicken breast (hubby is using deep fryer, bad!)

For dinner later on, I'll do a Lean Pocket -- then go low carb Monday thru Friday of next week. I've got a doctor's appointment Tuesday, ready for my phen refill!! I have to share that in my shopping yesterday, I got clothes in a size I didn't think I could wear, 14/16W!!! And keep in mind that when I started this journey, I was wearing a size 22W; no one could wipe the smile off my face!! Got a cute dress, pair of jean capris, pair of nice slacks and pair of jeans, a sleeveless top and a pullover with a hood -- I really enjoyed myself, so nice to see my size hanging right there on the rack!!! See, that in itself should give me strong motivation -- I'm doing the bike tonight!! Going downstairs now to sort through my clothes, get them ready for Goodwill's pickup on Thursday.

Weekends are rough for me, always have been -- I tried starting out with low carb this weekend, but just couldn't stick with it for long; seems like when I'm at my job, I do better ... Well, I plan to eat my Lean Pocket before 7 pm tonight, and then eat no more for the evening!!!

I got my hula hoop today, and have been working with that too; JamieE, I need to teach myself all over again how to work that thing, I couldn't keep it up on my waist; good grief!!

I'm also working on our weight loss chart LZ, and will send it over to you to upload either this evening or tomorrow morning; thanks again!

I went for my official weigh in on Friday - I weigh 183.5 lbs - I am down 12 lbs this month! I was so excited to see the scale stop !!
Yesterday's menu:
B - small lasagna
L - chicken wrap and a watermelon slush from Sonic
S - 4 twizzlers
D- nothing
S - 1/2 turtle brownie

Today:
B- 4 waffles - 3 pcs of turkey bacon, baked
S - 1 chicken drummette
D - chicken, mac n cheese, broccoli
S - 2 twizzlers

Not sure if I told this - I have begun tae-bo - no $$ for the gym - I have to start a part-time job, in order to make ends meet - I just got word that my check has been garnished - My godsister is harrassing me about paying back some money she loaned me - nasty text msgs & voice mails - Left church, feeling good, until I see this text - kinda has put a damper on my day - I have been trying to get it off of me - has not worked yet -

Just a quick check in here....

Anniversary was lovely!! I ate too much, but oh well. I don't care! I had enough sexercise to burn it off anyway...LOL (3 times!) heee heee heee

Going away party Saturday was fine, not much fattening food besides soda..... but, caved and had a small blizzard Saturday night!!

Today has been okay. We took the kids bowling. It's cold and rainy here, so not much to do. I am starting my own boot camp for myself tomorrow. I promised my sister, (since she's leaving for basic training in Texas on Tuesday), that I will push myself harder while she's gone in tribute to all the hard work she's going to be doing. Time to get serious!

Well, can't stay long.... I'll see you all again tomorrow morning!

ok so i can not remember what i ate yeasterday , it wasnt much , i usually try to write it down but just have not had time .. its been a long weekend , and a stressful one at that ... so today i am finding it hard to eat at all .. i guess thats better than wanting to eat everything .. so my menu is

nacho's about eight , i am guessing 300 cal..
and half of a lean quisine tonight ... about 150 cal
and i feel as if i could just throw up....
ok so i am going to bed early .. i am so ready to end this day .. goodnight all ..

Hi, I did OK. Ate 1/2 the sandwhich on white and the whole blizzard. Substituted carrots for salad. Total calories 1381/42 gm fat...but the blizzard is gone along with the craving! Also, I ended up working outside about 6 hours. So, I burned a bunch of calories too.

Will do a scale check in the morning.

I am going to OKC to see my Mom tomorrow, so I'll be home late.

CD, I'll get it posted as soon as possible. It is not in my e-mail now.

Shayne, I hope your week goes better than the w/e.

Kitty, did you get the FIRM series?

Dula, I hope you financial affairs settle down soon. Finances can be so stressfull. I redid our budget today as we got our tax refund. I'll tell you what, the price of fuel is killing our budget.

4mami, I will post menu for tomorrow here in a bit.
