Good morning phen family!! Glad to see the new posts, hope everyone is drowning in their water and doing great, eating good, thinking positive, and enjoying this Tuesday; we'll never see another Tuesday, the first of April in 2008 again, so let's make this day count!!

Oh, and regarding the lack of sleep you've been getting, I have seen posts of folks taking Tylenol nighttime to help get drowsy in the evening, wanted to share that bit of info!
JamieE: Hey gurl!! So happy you found something delicious to have for your breakfast-on-the-go!! And along with that yogurt is lots of healthy stuff, calcium, so that's a great choice!! There is also something from Dannon Light n Fit that is low sugar/low carb, and they are also delicious; you've got lots to choose from; also consider a piece of fruit too -- I had a really good orange this morning, fiber and sooo filling! You're gonna see a big difference just in having breakfast -- it's hard to make a drastic change like that, so I'm proud of you!!
Phen-tastic: Hey gurl, what'cha doing this morning? So enjoy reading your posts, know that we read each and every word that you write!! And I'm agreeing with you, I think JamieE has gained muscle too with all the working out, and even though it weighs a little bit more than fat, muscle will burn calories quicker and faster, and that's what I want to have happen for me too!! And regarding the day you ate pudding, you did excellent for that day - your calories, your exercise, all of it!! We have to allow ourselves a treat now and then, that way, the dieting won't seem so monotonous and boring - and you burned those pudding calories right off, so way to go!!

You know, I do remember taking Nyquil maybe once or twice with my phen, probably for a sore throat of something, so I think it's okay, and especially if your doctor says it's fine, I'd go for it. Wouldn't do it often though, like night after night -- hope you and little one are feeling a little bit better today; let us know how you're doing, and don't forget to drink your water to wash those germs out!
