hi guys , my weight was up this morning , and i just knew that could not be right !! so i finally got to sit on the potty , and had results ..lol.. and now i am down that one pound it said i gained plus two more .. so that is a three pound loss for me this week !!!!!!! whooo hooo ... i knew it had to be wrong becaus i checked my weight lastnight before i went to bed , and i was down .. so i am going to take that three pound loss , and add more fiber to my diet .. i am glad to see everyone is doing so well . and i love this weeks challenge !!!!!! going back to the kitchen . have a great weekend everyone ! much love, Ang

Good evening phen family!!!! Had one of the busiest days at work today - it was closing for time entry, billing, you name it, they wanted it, so I was so tired by the end of the day - thank heavens for the weekend!! I have been eating CLEAN; my menu yesterday was an excellent low-carb one:
B: Fiber One bar (got the caramel one, luv it!)
S: low sugar/low carb yogurt
L: 1/2 cup egg salad, 5 Eating Right crackers
S: low fat cheese stick
D: grilled italian sausage, no bun, cooked squash/zuchinni mix

Also biked last night, drank lots of water, but it was one day too late for this week's weigh-in; didn't lose, didn't gain, so I'm continuing with my low carb straight through to next Friday's weigh-in!! My menu today:
B: SB Protein bar
S: low fat cheese stick
L: grilled italian sausage, no bun, cooked squash/zuchinni mix
S: 5 Quaker mini-rice cakes
D: 100 calorie pack, sloppy joe on a weight watcher's bun

JamieE: Hey gurl!!!!! So glad you like the challenge this week, and isn't it something that your doctor wants you to do the exact same things as our challenge, amazing!!! So we're gonna do this thang, and congrats big-time on your loss this week; awesome!!!

LZ: Hey gurl!!!! My goodness, my prayers go out to your home community on the loss of that precious girl; she left this world way, way too soon ... So glad you went to see Cats!!! Know that we miss you, and look forward to reading your posts when you get back!!

hi all!! i hate that i can't get on here more often! i miss u guys!

scat: i know i know...time will tell about the tummy tuck, and i totally agree with getting down and getting toned then worrying about it...my belly might not bother me as much if it is just smaller...but stretched out. i totally also agree about declaring war!!! i also wanted to apologize to u for never getting u the dr n...bf said he packed it and we just haven't found it yet. it will increase ur wt simply b/c of the fiber and it making u retain water/bulk up, so don't freak out!! please stick around, luv ya! and i tend to stay here on the challenges and away from some of the other phen areas for the same reasons u said. the attitudes seem to come in waves.

well, i really have not been getting in any walking at all...have thought about it, but what with the chilly weather and the off and on rain here in the NW, i have stuck with doing videos. but! i still like the idea and we will see what happens this week!!

my wt is about the same right now, so i am gonna wait until sun to post it...have been making poor food choices, about twice this week (mcd's and chinese-which i haven't had in over a month!) so i know the salt is affecting me...ok ok, i'll fess up, i also had dq blizzards times 3 this week. i must not let my ex sil influence me! we go, skip dinner and have dq! does it count that i only have one meal and one blizzard when i do have them?? rrriiiiggghhhhtttt!!

so glad to see that so many are making strides and that we are all trudging on...i can't believe it is almost over! i need to get my booty in gear these last 2 weeks!!! aaaccckkk!!!

I'm not really "leaving" so no worries...just won't be on as much...since I'm doing the other two challenges and all..there's just so much challenges a girl can do! Dont want the challenges to become too challenging! bahahahah

trauma, I gained weight so I can be where you are at...aren't you proud of me... But it's okay, I am down for the home stretch. don't fret about your walking, it is going to get warmer soon for sure....atleast that is waht I keep telling myself! grrrrrrrrr......

hi everyone, checked my weight again this am, and down 1/2 pound, im shocked im still down because tmo is here.
CD yeah i tend to sing it to the world when i find something that works.
im drinking water right now so im trying to get that in
yesterday i went to the gym, the guy who is suppose to do the free training 3x couldnt come in, so me and my sister in law was on our on. Most of hte ab machines i didnt know how to use.
but i did 20 min on the ellipt, 10 min on the tread, and strength exercises.
The weather is bad today so i might now go today and just do some strength and workout videos.

never be afraid to ask someone that works at the gym to show you how a machine works. I used to help other people out at the gym and it would bother me that noone would help them unless they had an appt iwth a trainer..someone could get HURT!

anyway it sounds like you had a good workout anyway...

thanks scat, my sister in law asked but she said they all stood around like she was speaking a foreign language
but they are building another gym near my house, the same franchise, so i will be going to that one. And hubby is going to go with me next time to show me.

Yeah, i would look into another gym, esp. if it is new because they tend to try and help people more if they are a new business.

Are you going to take any group fitness classes? They are so much fun.

4mami: Yeah, that's craz-ay that no one would help you, good grief!!! At the gym where I work, during the first couple of times going there, I asked one of the trainers how to use the machines, and she was extremely helpful, showed me how to do all the machines I was interested in, which was most of them!! And the trainers are there for business, they are there for one-on-one training, but like the trainer who helped me said, they don't want anyone to injure themselves using the machines and not be familiar with how to use them -- so they definitely should have been more helpful to you -- and thanks for the info about the GNC pills; can't wait to get them on Monday, thanks gurl!!!!!

Good evening phen family!! I have been busy today!!!! My oldest daughter and her fiance came in from Virginia Beach, and are visiting for the weekend!! Between cooking, refereeing from them play-arguing with each other, my other daughter, her boyfriend, grandson, niece, and their dog, it has been a 3-ring circus of activity here today!!! We also went to a cookout that my daughter's job gave (I didn't eat a lot of food, but I definitely did a whole lot of walking!!!), so I'm tired tonight; drinking some water, and plan to go to bed in a few. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend, and I'll TTYL!!!

okay here's my menu for today:

coffee
fiber mixed with orange juice

2 hard boiled eggs

Twisted All energy bar with protein

turkey breast on a whole wheat wrap with canola oil mayonnaise and lettuce
strawberries

roasted duck leg
haloumi cheese


I'm done for the night...going back to the (no eating after 7 pm rule!)
