Hi All

This thread is a continuation from the FEBRUARY CHALLENGE but please feel free to join.

We are a very laid back group with one goal-TO BE HEALTHIER AND LOSE WEIGHT. Ok, so maybe we have two goals either way we benefit from it.

At some point we are all happy to be a little smaller and of course want to buy something new or get back into something old.

GUIDELINES
ex-5x a week at least 45min weeky mini challenge-just like before
post at least once a day- this is best b/c it keeps you focused
water-48oz....64oz if you are on phen
tell us about a success you had at least once a week- it could be anything, even if it's just getting your water in for the whole week.

YAY!!! Daqui....i must have been sending you that private message AS you were doing this!! LOVE the title!!!
I am super excited today!! I got on the scale and although I am the same weight (234.2) I did not gain!!! I have still have ZERO good weekends! I am hoping that my doc appt this friday motivates me for this weekend!!

I got in 30 minutes on the elliptical and about 20 on the bowflex...worked bis, tris and chest.

hey

i guess today is our official start day so if you all want to post your starting weights that would be great. i will finally weigh tomorrow, im going home today but won't weigh until tomorrow morning. im still choosing to weigh monthly but if its decided to weigh once a week we can track that too.

we need to decide on a mini challenge starting tomorrow. i suggest 5 sets of 10 leg lifts, on each leg. so that would be 50 lifts on each leg. if everyone is ok with that we can start tomorrow-if you want start today great!

jenn im glad you didnt gain over the weekend, those are hard sometimes. once it becomes a habit you wont have to worry abt gaining anymore.

krissy half a box, huh. how were you feeling when you did it? maybe thats something we can look into, when we slip up remember what you were dealing with. we all know we will have those days but i dont want it to be emotional eating.... im having a bad day or me and my S.O. had an argument.

there are those days when we will just allow ourselves a cheat day and thats ok, but if it's more emotional we need to talk about those things.

Daqui~not really half a box, but you know it feels like it, more like a few big ones!!! LOL. I usually weigh in fridays, what do you ladys think about that??? Last friday I was at 182. So I will weigh again next friday if thats what you ladys want to do!!

Oh yeah, i dont think it was emotional cuz i have been feeling pretty good these days, Im not sure what it was! But its not a normal thing for me. So i guess that will be my cheat meal for the week.LOL

Well today I weighed 234.2 .......friday is my official weigh in at the doctors office........ so you can either todays wi for a wi tomorrow or if you wait til friday I will go with the docs weigh in...

Either one.....doesn't matter to me

GOOD MORNING GROUP!! HAPPY WEDNESDAY!!!!

I had about 1000 calories yesterday...didn't get my work in that I had planned... i had to take my mom to the doctor yesterday..she has penomonia. She feels horrible!! Keep in mind that my mom is 75 (by birthday she is my grandmother....they adopted me when I was just a baby). So I am trying to take care of her right now. My food was good and my water intake as well. I am GOING TO get that exercise in today!!!

Hey great job jenn!!! keeping the cals low is good, even without exersice, atleast youdidnt over eat!!! I did good yesterday too. Well as usuall, i have to just stop in and say hi, cuz im always busy busy!!! But had to say hi!!! And that I did much better!!! I think we should just start our first weigh in on friday!! love ya all

im so glad we all have it figured out now. now that im back at home i can get back on my regular routine, yea, including getting back in the gym. don't forget to get in the mini-challenge and the water. 50 leg lifts.
