daqui-i didn't realize u took a break from phen! how long u been off...most people seem to do 2 ish weeks or maybe a month if they can tolerate being off that long!!! so it is up to u...

trauma i have never been on phen, i just like these boards. i had lost all the way down to 290 then of course gained it back. im not looking for a quick fix, i just want to get the weight off and keep it off. i've always considered phen but never really looked into getting any.

im sitting here thinking what was it that i was doing then to get down to 290 that im not doing now. i wasn't even in a gym during that time. i know one thing i did do was not eat after 6pm but truly how long can i go like that. i think then i was able to do it for about 3 months so i guess i should really think about that too.

hi everyone i didnt take phen yesterday or today and i have been craving like crazy. i guess tomorrow will be a new day. also tmo is here and i feel so incredibly bloated. i look forward to really working hard this week. I want to try a plan not sure wich i will go with though

OKAY LET'S WORK THOSE MONDAY WINGS!!

i figure we should start out light so let's begin with 3lb weights.

The Dumbbell Curl.
Stand or sit with your back straight and take a small dumbbell in each arm. Keep your arms down by your sides and bring up the weights to chest level by bending your elbows and then lower the weights in a controlled manner back to the starting position. Do 10 reps 3X

hi all! i am on with the arms, is this just monday or every day this week?? i am taking the wts with me on my trip, so i will be able to do them with u all!! but mine are 8 pounders, like i am so buff...whatever! lol

daqui-i think i totally missed that u are not on phen...if u are able to lose without great, if u want something to speed it up and maybe help with motivation and decreasing your appetite, then maybe u should consider it! but hey, u and me together baby!!

Trauma~im sure I have already asked this but I have no memory, how come you travel around for work?? Just curious?? and how long do you plan on doing that? Is it hard to leave certain places and stuff??

krissy-i am a travel nurse. started doing it last sept (altho i did it in the past too). u normally do 13 week contracts, unless u and the hosp want to extend. right now i am not sure when i want to stop, i hate ga, hate my house in ga, and would love to never go back...but, the house i want to sell but needs crap done. we are homeschooling the kids and they are young so it is not a problem yet! bf is stay at home dad, and that's why he is still around! md was ok, but too many people and i couldn't afford to live there! it was expensive. where we are right now is icky, nw pa in a small city that's glory days are gone, industry and people are leaving, and lots of empty houses and boarded up stores. it is depressing! but we got a decent winter in which is why we came! so up to u next, then we are shooting for alaska for the next stint which will start in july. my bf is thinking of returning to ga to do a quarter of school (he is in a diesel mech program)...but he isn't really doing anything to plan for it, or see if the classes he needs will be offered or anything, so there u go. if he goes we will come back to wa to have my ex sil help me with the kids so i can still work. then once he is finished with that quarter we will move along again, that will be winter again, and i want a really REALLY good one this time, so somewhere like that, but on ur end of the country! i do miss some peeps that i worked with in ga, but we talk on the phone, and email and stuff so it isn't too bad. just looking for somewhere to really call home, b/c ga ain't it!

Hey guys.....here I am!!! WOW...what a seriously ridiculous partyin birthday weekend I just had!!!! OMG!!! Anyone here ever play beer pong???.... lets just say that on saturday night we went through 3 30pks of keystone!!!!!!! YES....that is 90 beers!!!! GOOD GRIEF!!! NO.........I didn't win either!!! LOLOLOLOL I quit playing VERY EARLY that night..... the margaritas won me over that night!! LOLOLOLOL!!

I am soooo ready to get pack on track....Although it was a complete blast I feel so unhealthy this morning!! Ready to eat clean and exercise my butt off this week!! I am all for the arm stuff for the challenge this week!!
