i here u on the water issue daqui! i am gonna really need to do something on the road trip b/c stopping at the gas stations all along the way i am gonna want diet pepsi! but maybe some zero cal yummy drinks will fit in in a pinch. i need to go back to the, i can not have one soda until i get my daily water intake in! that worked really well for me. like i said before-i only drink one soda a day, but with it being cold thru the winter i just don't want to drink anything! but i did well on my water yes, and i think today is also gonna be good! so i am sooo happy about that! i think that it is also helping to more quickly flush out the salt from the pizza i had two days ago...usually i gain at least 2 pounds of water wt from it, but i only gained one! so i am hoping to be down to normal tomorrow. i have also been increasing my length of workouts this week cause LZ and i are challenging eachother b/c we are the same wt this week, and that really really helps with the water intake! i start really sweating and get really thirsty so drink water! i need to continue with the longer/tougher workouts if only to help the water intake!!

i think i have the w/e off, so i am all for a w/e challenge...will be hard to stay away from going out to eat b/c we didn't at all this week! trying to save money for the trip in less than 2 weeks!!! here i come krissy!!

Another good day for me!! I am actually surprised!! LOL I will weigh in tomorrow morning....fingers crossed!!

I got 20 minutes in on the elliptical just now and I am around 1000 calories for today. Feels good Ladies!!

TGIF!!! Did anyone weigh in today??? ME ME ME ME !!!!!! LOLOLOLOL

I am 2 more pounds down!! thats 17 down!

Trauma-- I like the UP jenn much more too That is how it has always been for me...when I am up I am UP!!!...but down is so so down. I am happy to report that I turned down MEXICAN FOOD for lunch today!! I have had 755 calories so far today and I am planning on a good dinner!! It is.......

1 can corn
1 can black beans
a cup or more of salsa
1 pound of chicken tenders.

I cook the chicken tenders and cut them up really good. then I add it to the other stuff and mix well....return to stove top to heat it all up. I use the low carb tortillas and just wrap the mixture up in one. I also add a spoon of light sour cream to it. I spice my sour cream up with some juice out of a can of smoked chipotle peppers....YUMMMMO!!!!!! It makes quite a bit but it makes great leftovers!!!!

ok....gonna get my 20 minutes in one the elliptical......thats 270 calories.....and when I am only eating 1000 or so calories I think that is a good enough workout!

hey ladys, sorry im late!!! Down 2lbs and suprised because i did bad last weekend, and when i cheat weighed myslef on tuesday it was the same and to my suprise it was down 2!!!! 178 baby!!! finally in the 70's, next mini goal is 160's!!! Great job jenn, 2lbs is great, and daqui that is really good too!!! just think 1-2lbs a week is actually really good, keep it up ladys!!!

i did eat 2 peices of pizza and a peice of icecream cake but i knew i was and saved my cals for that and ate pretty good the earlier in the week besides last weekend and monday nite!!!

jenn WTG on the 2 pound loss, im loving that for you. i like that recipe too, i'll hv to try it. you know if you go to walmart they have veggies in single servings. that might help with not having alot of leftovers. also, you are doing great with the 1000 cals.

krissy congrats on the 2 pounds. hey as long as you plan for it, it wont hurt much to get in cheat food. i saw on the biggest loser where after each weigh in they do they allow a cheat day. now i know we shouldn't do a cheat day because they workout 6hours a day but a cheat snack wont be so bad AFTER you weigh. that way you will still have the week ahead to put in the hard work.

i have been going to the gym then afterwards going to the park and walking the track, its great and im going to keep doing it as long as the weather is nice. we go after we pick my son up from daycare so its cool b/c he gets in a nice little walk too, no stroller for him.

let's keep our team going strong! trauma i hope everything is going good for you. when do you start traveling or have you already started?

Hey ladys, just stopping in to say hi, cuz im bored!!! The one time i have time to chat and nobodys online!!! boohoo!!! ohwell, just kiiling time at this point and blabbing. First day of spring is wednesday, so lets think of that as another fresh start and lets kick butt this spring and take advantage of the good weather (when it starts that is) and do more outdoor and just enjoy it. I know i get less depressed when the sun comes out and its not cold, and since im a few lbs lighter i can maybe wear a tighter cute tee without feeling self consious (sp)!!!! I do think im gonna have to buy some new short before they are all gone, but i will give that a few more weeks! Maybe buy one pair a size smaller just incase! Well enough of my rambling. Talk to you all later

worked out good today, gonna not take phen today and see how it goes. Havnt felt any different yet, not anymore hungry or anything, so maybe i can go a week without it!! Then when I start again it will be like the first day!!! plus i can save it

hey gang!! Today was great!! Hubby and I worked out together today and I loved it! Got a great workout on the bowflex!! Still at 231......I would LOVE LOVE to be in the 220's by next weekend! Saturday is my birthday and we are having a big ol party (including margaritas and beer pong)!! LOLOLOLOL!! Not gonna even worry about that day!

Tomorrow is monday ladies....lets rock it!!
