so i exercised again today... and i lowered my water intake some...

breakfast: tuna...265cals and 2 carbs
lunch: chicken wings... 440 cals and 2 carbs
dinner: peanuts & cheese... 430 cals and 10 carbs

total... 1,135 cals and 14 carbs

I'm doing this challenge too , but I already write what I eat and meticulously record exercise in my personal journal and in a separate journal for my doctor. I just don't feel like writing it all a 3rd time.

However, I've got my eyes on the prize along with the rest of you.

WELL DOWN FOUR MORE THIS WEEK. I PRETTY MUCH DID THE SAME AS LAST WEEK EXCEPT I STARTED BACK RUNNING THIS WEEK. THIS WEEK AROUND 800-900 CAL DAILY, GALLON WATER-MOST DAYS AND SITTUPS...

YOU GUYS FORGOT THAT I JUST STARTED PHEN ON THE 26TH, SO ITS KINDA EXPECTED TO TAKE OFF 20 IN THE FIRST MONTH. BUT I AM GONNA PUSH MYSELF TILL I MEET MY GOAL. I AM JUST TIRED OF NOT BE ABLE TO FIT INTO MY CLOTHES. RIGHT NOW I WILL TAKE ANYTHING IN THE 1'S. BEFORE I HAD MY 3 RD SON I USED TO RUN 4 MILES A DAY. HOPEFULLY I CAN MEET THIS GOAL AGAIN, BACK UP TO 1 1/2 MILES NOW AND MY JOINTS DON'T HURT ANYMORE.

LIBBY THATS JUST TOM MESSING UP YOUR NUMBERS BECAUSE I KNOW YOU STEPPED UP YOUR WORKOUT GAME THIS WEEK. YOU WILL PROBABLY SEE GREAT NUMBERS AT THE END OF THIS WEEK. DRINK YOUR WATER AND EXCERCISE AND IT WILL FLUSH YOUR SYSTEM.

JUST STAY ENCOURAGED EVERYONE!!! I TRIED THE LOW CARB ONE TIME, I JUST COULDN'T DO IT. I AM A SOUTHERN GIRL, SO THAT CRAVING FOR POTATOS COMES IN EVERY ONCE AND AWHILE.

YESTERDAY I HAD LIBBYS FAVORITE. I ATE HOT WINGS FROM WINGS TO GO, SNAPPLE PINK LEMONADE, AND 100 CALORIE HOSTESS. I FELT LIKE I WAS CHEATING A LITTLE BUT I STILL STAYED UNDER 1200 CALORIES(EVEN THOUGHT THE FAT GRAMS WERE HIGH) BUT I MAINTAINED MY WEIGHT TODAY, STILL AT 206

TOTAL CALORIES 805 CALORIES

blastagut thank you and yay!! losing weight and changing our tickers and things on teh side is 1 of the best parts (minus the new clothes)

okay everyone, get ready for this i lost 2lbs since thursday's weigh in, and i lost 2 inches, i knew i wasnt crazy my pant have been falling off. Im not going to post my weight until thursday though since thats when i weigh in at the dr.
im so excited.
im not really following an eating plan anymore thats why im not posting the calories and stuff, i just cut 1/3 of what is on my plate down. Im thinking about eating my carbs during the day and having a carb free meal for dinner.
