Good morning. Yes, it's true. We got about 4-5 inches of snow. It was pretty, school was delayed and it should be melted by noon. This will probably be the extent of our "real" winter weather for the year.
Mama Cat, that was going to be my next question for Kitty. Are you doing a specific set of tapes/DVD's?

I ended up flunking eating last night. Daughter got off early and brought me a blizzard. I was having a munchie attack already. I will get this under control! I have really been craving peanut butter too.
However, I started my exercise off this morning with 50 minutes of step aerobics. I did the workout twice and that will be session #1 for the day. Total for the week 90 minutes so far.
Hubby is home today and our primary objective is to veg. Therefore, I am going to taKe a nap instead of phen.

I plan on hitting four out of four of my objectives today instead of just two/four. I have already consumed 32 ounces of water too.
Gee Krissy and Kitty, that sweet tooth has been attacking me lately too. OK, one day at a time. Today, I will eat no sweets. I ate my big meal for breakfast with the thought I will be able to burn it off and eat light the rest of the day. Here it is.
3 waffle squares = 330
1 T PB = 95
1/4 c sugar free syrup = 30
sugar free creamer 1 T = 25
Total so far 480 calories and most of my carbs.
Laurie, we will do better today; hopefully with out being committed.
Scat and CD, I think the cabbage would makee me unbearable to live with. I used that WW soup before. I need to look up the ingredients for the soup and try it again. it was pretty good even though you get sick of it. CD, did you check out that apple detox one? I like the idea and think I could actually last oh, 1/2 day.lol
Trauma, actually since I didn't work out last week I could claim no such thing. I feel behind since we started on Monday. It is a great challenge. We may have to do it again next week since Meg is MIA this week and it is [b]her[b] challenge.
